Booth Signups
Cyprus Comic Con 2026

Dates
• Fri 2nd October - Day One 18:00-00:00 Outdoors & Stages
(and possibly indoors too)
• Sat 3rd October - Day Two - 09:00-21:00 Indoors / 09:00-00:00 Outdoors & Stages
• Sun 4th October - Day Three - 09:00-21:00 / 09:00-00:00 Outdoors & Stages
Deadlines
• First Wave - 31st January (80% of available booth spaces will be allocated)
• Final Wave - 31st March (remaining 20% of available booth spaces will be allocated)
• Waiting List - all signups after 31st March will be added to a waiting list
Your Booth
All indoor booths include:
•
walls
(2.5m tall - only a back wall for 2x2m booths, two walls for corner booths, three walls for all other booths)
•
wifi for taking card payments
•
electrical sockets
(in-booth for 3x3m and larger / nearby or shared for 2x2m booths)
•
at least 2 exhibitor passes
(one pass per 3sqm / two passes for 2x2m booths)
•
roof structure
(new for 2026 - please let us know if this will cause you any problems)
All outdoor booths include:
•
wifi for taking card payments
•
electrical sockets
(based on what is feasible and agreed upon post-signup)
•

exhibitor passes
You should bring the following items with you to decorate your booth:
•
furniture
(primarily for 3x3m and larger; tables, chairs, shelving, counters etc.)
•
table cloths
(undecorated tables go against CCC terms and conditions)
•
wall decorations
(blank walls go against CCC terms and conditions)
•
tools and accessories
(pins, masking tape, clamps and clips etc.)
•
rope and tarp
(to close your booth off during setup for added security)
Additional Extras:
•
carpeting
•
additional panels
•
assorted furniture
(i.e.: counters, shelving, etc.)
•
booth modifications
(i.e.: walling, extra structural support for branding, etc.)
